I have been working in the senior healthcare industry for over 12 years, helping families find the care options that best match the seniors' needs. I was born and raised in Orange County, CA. I am an animal lover! I have a passion for helping families, especially when it comes to our senior population. Our seniors need advocates for them and I'm glad to do my part. In 2014 I completed the Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) certification to better serve seniors.

In 1931 my grandmother, Sophie Mannion, opened the first board and care home in Kaimuki, Hawaii, on the Island of Oahu. My father told me many stories of my grandmother taking seniors into their home and caring for them till they passed. I also grew up watching my father take care of my grandmother in our home until she passed at the age of 91. I have been very blessed with the experience of having my father live with me until his passing.

Born and raised in Orange County, CA. In 2010, I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. I have been working for Alliance Eldercare since 2017, and have a passion for helping seniors. Throughout the years, I have learned a lot from Derek, and will continue to learn each day. He is very knowledgeable, inspiring and an amazing individual! I also work for Dr. John Harman, a chiropractor who specializes in treating seniors. Helping people has been an extreme passion of mine since I was young! Growing up, I provided daily care for my elderly neighbor Ralph. This inspired me since my youth to help others. I promised Ralph that I would continue helping the elderly for the rest of my life. I am also a huge animal lover, and rescuing animals is another passion of mine. I am very grateful and excited to work for Alliance Eldercare!

Roberta Arshat, the newest member of our team, comes to us from the Hoag Orthopedic institute, where she spent 8 years admitting patients. A native of Southern California, she has a very diverse career background. Her business management precocity developed while working in the family business at age 14 lead her to legal contract administrations, then to IT project management and onto stage managing in musical theater, all the while performing as a flutist with various symphony and pit orchestras in the southland. I am thrilled to be working with Derek. His compassion and motivation to help our seniors find the best possible care is inspiring. As I grow more familiar with the abundance of facilities, it is a comfort to know that everyone has a choice that will best suit their needs. I am at your service.
